01 AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Prime Time Outdoors (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the primetimeoutdoors.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

02 ELIGIBILITY

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

03 SERVICES & OUTFITTING

Prime Time Outdoors provides premium guided hunting experiences. While we strive to provide the highest likelihood of success, we cannot guarantee the harvest of any animal due to the unpredictable nature of wild game hunting. Our services include professional guiding, lodging, and field transportation as explicitly detailed in your booking confirmation.

04 BOOKING & DEPOSITS

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any reservation. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the start of the scheduled trip. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the booking.

06. ASSUMPTION OF RISK – CRITICAL

Hunting and wilderness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to firearms usage, difficult
terrain, adverse weather, and encounters with wild animals. By booking with Prime Time Outdoors, you
voluntarily assume all such risks.

All participants are required to sign a comprehensive Liability Waiver prior to arrival at the lodge. Refusal to
sign will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

07 GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Montana. Prime Time Outdoors and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Montana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
